I love the taste of Amaretto. For a little while I was putting it in everything: steak marinades, chocolate mousse, and this apple pie.
This recipe called for Fuji apples instead of canned pie filling so it takes a little more time to cook. So try this out and let me know what y'all think.

I love trying new recipes from my cookbooks. When I saw this recipe I just had to try it. It had me at "cheese ravioli". This was delicious! It's ground beef, ravioli, tomatoes, olives, spinach and cheese. This is a "Connor Approved" dish so it's a good dish for picky eaters, even though you may have to omit the olives for the little ones ( I just picked the olives out when I gave it to Connor).

First, let me say Thank You for visiting my site :)
The purpose of this blog is to tell a little about why I have this site and what I will be doing here.

The heat from the stove will keep you warm and your house will smell delicious! What is a good cold weather recipe that will warm you up? Well, I'm glad you asked! This hearty Chili recipe is easy and it can be easily adapted to your preferences. So go make something! And let me know how it turns out when you're done :)
